A special moment was when the new Oberland beer line was launched. Because This was developed by the team, with virtually all employees contributing. I am proud of that.

Every day is different: organizing, delegating, coordinating, sometimes even tasting... Early in the morning, the e-mails and the mail are checked, then there are meetings, negotiations with authorities, partners and customer visits.
